To ensure a comfortable fit, all products will be shipped after basic fitting (front and temples).
However, the product may be deformed during shipping due to external conditions or shipping conditions.

If the product is used for a long period of time without lenses inserted, the shape of the frame may be deformed. We recommend using the product with lenses inserted.

Portrait Of does not offer prescription lens processing. Please visit your local optician. However, some sunglasses may have restrictions on prescription lens processing.
Store the glasses so that the lens surface does not touch the floor. When storing the glasses in a case, we recommend wrapping the lens part in a cloth for glasses.
Lens coatings are sensitive to alkaline components, so avoid cleaning with alkaline detergents such as soap. Instead, soak the lens in water with a neutral detergent dissolved in it for a while, rinse under running water, and wipe with a soft cloth.
If the lenses are heavily scratched or the coating is damaged, we recommend replacing them with new lenses as this can adversely affect your vision.
